By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on NO KIZZY, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) and that you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy.

NO KIZZY sells limited-run streetwear. Product colors, prints, and details may differ slightly from images due to lighting, screen calibration, and small variations in handmade or hand-finished pieces. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue styles, or correct pricing and stock errors at any time.

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS / ₵) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping is charged separately at checkout.

Payments are processed by Paystack. We accept Visa, Mastercard, MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, and AirtelTigo Money. NO KIZZY does not store your card or mobile money credentials. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully authorized.

Standard shipping within Ghana is a flat ₵130. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers, weather, or public holidays.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please make sure the shipping address is correct. We cannot re-route packages after dispatch.

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Full eligibility, conditions, and the step-by-step process are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The NO KIZZY name, logo, graphics, product designs, photography, and site content are owned by NO KIZZY and protected under Ghanaian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's rights.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that don't belong to you.
• Interfere with the site's normal operation or security features.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or payment information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NO KIZZY, its officers, and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version is always posted on this page with a "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
